At 1980 the company has been registered as number 1 of international construction companies in Libyans ministry of commerce in Libya, that Aytas has helped to increase the company's investments in Libya.

In the early 1983, our company was registered in UK under name was (AYTAS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY & COMMERCE U.K LIMITED- Registration No. 01718929) by businessman Ihsan Namur in 2 Duke Street, St James, London, SW1 .
In the early 15.04.2008 , our company was registered in France under name was (AYTAS CONSTRUCTION- Registration No. 504103250) by businessman Ihsan Namur in Boulevard De La Liberte , 34500 Beziers , France.
AYTAS Construction Industry and Trade Inc., operates globally on large infrastructure projects including (Water, Sewer System, Distribution of Natural Gas lines and Networks, Roads and Bridges, Tunnel, Stream and Base Improvements), Superstructure (Building, Houses, Hospitals), Environment (Solid Wasters and Refinement). The company has performed successfully such projects, which has become the part of human life and showed its quality in the sector.
