At 1980 the company has been registered as number 1 of international construction companies in Libyans ministry of commerce in Libya, that Aytas has helped to increase the company's investments in Libya.

At 1980 the company has been company was registered in UK under name was (AYTAŞ CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY & COMMERCE U.K LIMITED- Registration No. 01718929) in 2 Duke Street, St James, London, SW1 . 

In the early 15.04.2008 , our company was registered in France under name was (AYTAŞ CONSTRUCTIONRegistration No. 504103250) in Boulevard De La Liberte , 34500 Beziers , France .

We operates globally on large infrastructure projects including (Water, Sewer System, Distribution of Natural Gas lines and Networks, Roads and Bridges, Tunnel, Stream and Base Improvements), Superstructure (Building, Houses, Hospitals), Environment (Solid Wasters and Refinement).
